Terms of Service
Terms for using Scholium
Scholium is administrative software for homeschool co-ops, microschools, course providers, and learning centers. Use of the public site and subscriber application is subject to these baseline terms.
Service scope
Scholium helps organizations manage records, billing, attendance, grades, family access, and related administrative workflows. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, or state compliance consultant.
Customer data
Subscribers control the records they enter into Scholium and are responsible for ensuring those records are accurate, lawful to store, and appropriate to issue or share.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriber billing and, where enabled, family invoice payments are processed through Stripe. Pricing, subscription status, and paid add-ons are governed by the active billing configuration in the subscriber workspace.
Use restrictions
- Do not use Scholium for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to access records that do not belong to you.
- Do not rely on the app as a substitute for legal, tax, or state compliance advice.
