Scholium stores administrative records so learning communities can manage enrollment, billing, attendance, academic records, and family-facing access in one place. This page summarizes the core privacy posture for the public site and the subscriber application.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the Scholium public site, manage subscriber access, process payments, and support the administrative records entered by subscribers.
How we use information
Information is used to provide the app, authenticate users, process subscription and invoice payments, maintain family and student records, generate subscriber-requested documents, and respond to support inquiries.
Payment processing
Online payments are processed through Stripe. Scholium does not store full card numbers in the app.
Subscriber responsibility
Subscriber organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the records they enter, the permissions they grant to staff and families, and the documents they choose to issue from those records.
